A Donor Advised Fund is like a “charitable savings account.” You receive both tax and philanthropic planning benefits in a simple format with great flexibility. Donors make gifts to the Foundation and the proceeds, which are immediately tax deductible, are placed into a fund named by the donor. The Foundation will consider your recommendations for disbursements from your fund to approved charitable organizations. Donor Advised Funds offer the benefits of immediate tax advantages, and the convenience of management services from the Foundation’s professionals. Donor Advised Funds can be opened, and maintained, with a minimum of $2,500 in appreciated stocks, cash or credit card. You name the
